When you tag assets in a folder block, those tags automatically appear across the top as clickable filters. It’s a quick, visual way for your users to narrow things down and get straight to what they’re looking for.
You can choose to turn on suggested filters on any folder block so people can easily find what they need. This is super useful for the likes of campaign deliverables or images from a photoshoot, where there might be hundreds of files to sift through, letting people jump to the right asset, version, or format in a single click.
If you’re the person managing assets, suggested filters help you create a cleaner, more searchable space for your users.
If you’ve already added tags to your files, the suggested filters will appear across the top of the folder block. If not, click into your files to open the file previewer and add tags within File Info.
Once Suggested Filters are turned on and assets have been tagged, viewers will see those tags appear on top of the folder block as clickable filters. From their perspective, they can see what’s available, browse by tag, quickly narrow down results, and find exactly what they need—even if it’s their first time visiting your site.
