Share content with anyone, without them needing to log-in.
Sometimes you just need to be able to share something quickly. With Share Links, you can give anyone access to things like your logos, or campaign toolkit, even if they don’t have a Niice account.
There are two kinds of share links you can create: Folder block and page share links
Click on the arrow beside the “download all” button on the folder block you’d like to share and click “Create share link”. The link will then be copied to your clipboard.
When you share the link, viewers will be able to click the download button to download assets.
You can also create a share link for a page to allow someone to view its content.
Here’s how:
Share link access doesn’t flow down, so if you would like someone to view nested pages, these will all need to have individual share links.
You can create as many share links as you like, and manage them all from the Share Links dashboard on the admin page. Hand out enough links and it gets hard to remember who has one, which still work, and which should have been taken back a while ago, so the dashboard is built to help you keep track of them all.
Filter by status to zero in on the links that need attention, whether they're active, new, never used, inactive, expiring soon, or expired. It's the quickest way to surface the ones you might want to tidy up, like a link that's about to expire or one nobody has ever opened.
Sort by age, views, downloads, or last activity to bring the link you're after to the top. Handy when you're looking for your busiest link, or the one that's been sitting untouched the longest.
Every link shows a thumbnail, so you can pick one out at a glance rather than reading down a list of titles. Folder links show a grid of the four latest items, and page links use the page or site image.
The Age and Last Activity columns tell you how long each link has been around and when it was last used, so it's easy to see which ones have gone quiet.
You can also filter by type, folder or page, and by who created them.
See how many times a link has been viewed and how many times its files have been downloaded, each with its own chart. The charts cover a link's whole history now, not just the last 30 days, so you get the full picture of how busy it's been.
Click "Edit" on any share link to view and change its details.
Title and description
Give a link a title and description so you can tell which is which from the dashboard.
Expiry date
Set a date for a link to stop working, so it becomes a dead link after that point.
Password
Add a password for an extra layer of security. Anyone you send the link to will need to enter it before they can view anything.
Archive
Delete a link when it's no longer needed. Once archived, it will stop working.

Open the Access Manager
Navigate to the page you’d like to share
Click on “Create share link”
Once it has been created, you can click “Copy link” to copy it to your clipboard
