Group people together, then give them access to a site or page in one go
Groups save you from having to invite the same people every time. Set them up however makes sense for your workflow: by distributors, partners, or teams, etc.
Admins can manage groups from the People page, where you can see everyone with access to the account, whether to a whole site or a single page, and it's where you create groups and decide who's in them.
Every group has its own profile, which covers its identity, snapshot details, and access in one place. Click on a group to see and manage:
A name, logo, and colour to help you spot the group at a glance, plus a short description of who they are.
A quick snapshot of the group's key numbers, so you can see at a glance how they're doing.
Every site and page the group has access to, and the level of access they have. Change it here, and it applies to everyone in the group. (Click here to learn more about managing access)
A list of everyone in the group. Add or remove people without leaving the profile.
You can also add someone straight from the People list: find them, click the "..." menu on their row, and choose "Add to another group". The same menu lets you remove someone from a group.
To see which groups someone belongs to, open their member profile from the People page and go to the Groups tab. It lists every group they're part of.
You can also invite groups while you’re on a page itself. From the access manager, start typing the group name in the invite field. Groups show up in the dropdown alongside individual people, with their member count, so you can pick a whole group and give everyone in it access in one go. Set the access level you want, and it applies to every member.
Any access someone has via a group is clearly labelled in the access manager so you can always tell group access apart from access granted to them directly.
