Careers at Niice
Niice is a proudly-bootstrapped Northern Irish startup, building tools used by creative teams at Paramount, Disney, Fox Entertainment & more.
We’re a small-but-mighty team on a mission to make the creative process more visual and collaborative, and we need your help.
1
A company is only as good as its people. Everyone has a part to play, so we make sure every voice is heard.
2
We believe creativity makes the world a better place. It’s at the heart of everything we do, and it keeps things fun & interesting.
3
We strive to truly understand what we’re doing and why we're doing it. We’d rather be the best at something small than play runner-up on something big.
4
We do honest work. We'd be happy if our actions were published in a headline for all to see (including our mums)
5
It’s a marathon, not a sprint. We like to keep momentum by working in short cycles, shipping often and celebrating every win—no matter how small.
